Lost Access To Tenant

I am currently trying to get access to a tenant that my organization set up for one of our applications. Right now all I have is the audience, domain, and a few client IDs. I am unable to even find the email that was used to create the tenant (I could reset the password if that was the case).

We are working on major updates to the application and need to access the tenant to test our changes. Is there a way I can at least discover the email that created the tenant? The production application is still running so the tenant should still exist, and creating a new one is not an option.
