Lost access to existing tenant

Hi,

Our tenant was setup a very long time ago and we have lost access to this tenant. It is important for us to have access to add new users. Is there any way for me to regain access to this tenant?

Hi, thanks for reaching out. Do you recall the name of the tenant you need or are missing access to? You can PM it to me for security reasons if need be by clicking my name in this post.

Do you recall the email address registered to the tenant? Trying to login or perform a password reset should help find it if you are unable. Let me know any details and I can look into this further for you.
