Verification Email not being delivered

Branding > Email Provider > Amazon SES (test emails work)
Auth Pipeline > Rules > Force Email Verification (Pre-Built and Enabled)
Logs (Success Signup, Failed Login, Success Verification Email Request, Success Email Test)

What is going on here? Why isn’t a verification email being delivered when a user signs up?

Are you seeing successful/error logs in your SES logs?

Somehow the issue got fixed when I created a new tenant
