I am not able to verify my custom domain, i have setup CNAME record and checked by dig and nslookup command. it succeffully pointing to my auth0 domain. But when I try to verify custom domain, it is giving me error -

Your verification record was not found. You might need to wait a few minutes before we can discover it.

Usually this error is encountered if you are trying to verify your custom domain right after submitting your custom domain to be acknowledged on the Auth0’s side. It might take 48 hours or more for a custom domain to be propagated.
If you have ensured the above and the custom domain is still pending verification, wait 4 hours before reverifying your domain, as mentioned our documentation.

Thanks Remus, I have done it on last Friday, so it is over 48 hours. I have doubt on auth0 certificate. Actually I have misspell domain initially and later corrected it. I guess some mismatch happened because of it?

That might have been the point of confusion in this scenario. I would recommend to wait another full 48 hours for receiving the validation response, and in case the issue persists you can also delete and re-create the Custom Domain. Please check out this related Knowledge Article on the matter.
