We’ve successfully had Auth0 deployed for a few months now. And with no changes in our app or with our identity provider, our users can longer login to our web app and our admins can’t login to our auth0 account (well it logs us in, then immediately logs us out).
Our users are seeing this error “Unknown host: ampersandpro.us.auth0.com”. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!

I noticed you opened a support ticket for the same issue earlier today. Due to an intermittent DNS issue on our end, your users failed to log into your application or tenant. Our engineering team has resolved it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
