Some of our users suddenly cannot access auth0.
We have custom domain, and neither login, reset password or anything under auth0 domain can be accessed.
They have not done any changes on their end, and the issue started today at 08:00 UTC, and at 11 UTC they still have issues.
It appears there was a service disruption in the EU region today which targeted user Authentication, which would explain the behaviour that you described. It appears this is now resolved, but it could take a little time for the fix to apply to all tenants. You can view this on our Status page.
