Trying to sign up today and have the exact same problem. Tried all the usual, clearing cookies, different browser, different network. Still having the problem.
I guess it’s good to know I’m not the only one having this issue.
Assuming support does not look at these messages, is there any other way to reach support? it’s been more than 10 hours since I posted original message
Same is happening with me. Any solution?
Just tried it again first thing in the AM and it worked for me. US East timezone.
No other changes. Clearly something got changed or timed out in the back end. Haven’t heard anything from support but there are similar topics with same problem that have some support responses.
Hi there,
Welcome to the Auth0 Community and thank you for the information!
Looking at the Status page, I can only see a Minor incident that took place yesterday, on Sept 10th in the EU - 1 Region, nothing reported on the site with regards to the US Region.
I will do some investigations internally and will be back with an update once as soon as possible. In the mean time, if the behaviour changes, please let us know, as it could provide an indication of what occured.
Thank you for your patience!
Gerald
Hello everyone!
I wanted to update you on this matter, it appears that the incident was forwarded and resolved by our Engineering team, who pushed an update and the issue should now be resolved. I have tested this by creating new Auth0 accounts and tenants in different regions and have not received any issues.
Please try again to create the tenant and let us know if this worked, or if you are still encountering the same error message, or a different one!
We appreciate your prompt notice of this incident and patience while we worked through resolving the issue. You implication in the Community is highly appreciated!
Have a great one!
Gerald
Thanks very much Gerald
