Everything was working fine suddenly was not receiving otp on the mails, and in the logs two logs come for every hit one saying code/link sent second failed to send notification which is creating and issue for me can anyone help

Can you try to test the integration with Mailgun? Dashboard → Branding → Email Providers and click on Send Test Email. Is it successful or does it fail?
