Unable to provide MFA for Auth0

I am trying to log into the Auth0 dashboard, but I am hitting an MFA blocker on my account.
I cannot provide the required details, so I cannot proceed.
Another admin user can see I have MFA enabled on my account, but I am not sure if there is a way for them to turn this off.
He also tried deleting my account and sending me a new invite, but this just redirects me to the sae MFA prompt I was hitting before.

Any ideas how I can get around this issue?
