Auth0 Account - Removed MFA to re-add not working

My auth0 admin account (which I use to administer my tenants) had an MFA on it. I need to switch devices, so removed it from my auth0 account.

Now I’m stuck having to enter recovery codes every time with no option of adding a MFA token…

please help
