Account Locked Out - Where do I go?

Hi, currently having a problem with my Auth0 admin account. Passkeys didn’t work as my MFA solution, and after resetting once with the recovery token, that’s stopped working too. Support seems opaque unless you’re a paying user. How can I request a simple MFA reset or a whole-account reset? Has anyone faced this before?
