MFA Reset for Admin

Currently having a problem with my Auth0 admin account. Passkeys didn’t work as my MFA solution, and after resetting once with the recovery token, that’s stopped working too. Support seems very opaque unless you’re a paying user. How can I request a MFA reset or an account reset? Has anyone faced this before?

This is the first time that finding account-level support for free users has been this hard…

Appreciate it. Would be helpful to see if this can be put in the Support docs as well, or some kind of first-party reference to account support outside of the community forums.
