Unable to login to dashboard or create tickets

Hello,

I am unable to login to the Auth0 dashboard, as it puts me in an infinite login loop. I suspect something is wrong with my account state.

When I attempt to login to the dashboard, I go to the email address page, click continue, go to the email + password page, click continue, and then get routed back to the email address page. It’s worth noting if I delete all site data after the email + password page it will ask me for my passkey, but then still redirect me to the email page. It doesn’t show an error message.

Can someone from Auth0 reach out to help? I am unable to create support tickets.

Firstly, could you please clarify if you were trying to log in to your Auth0 Dashboard (https://manage.auth0.com/) or if it was the Support Dashboard (https://support.auth0.com/)?

And, have you tried using a different browser to log in?

As for being unable to create support tickets, I found that you are on the free subscription plan. While you are on the free subscription plan after your trial has expired, you will not be able to create support tickets. Instead, you can reach out to us here in the Community for assistance.

Hey Rueben, makes sense about the support tickets. It’s https://manage.auth0.com/ I’m unable to login to.

Basically, if I go to manage.auth0.com I start off here and enter my email:

Get taken here and enter my password:

Suddenly I’m back here with no error:

Though interestingly there is a team ID of some sort present. I removed it just to be safe but can provide.

If I try again I just go through the same loop.

Thanks for your responses and the screenshots.

Could you check your network activity and see if there are any errors in the logs? It might be worth checking the Preserve log option.

Checking the network activity could provide some clues as to why you are in an infinite login loop.

By the way, have you tried using a different browser or with incognito?
