Overview
Tenant administrators encounter an error when attempting to access the subscription management page in Atuh0 Teams. Despite being tenant admins, they receive a message indicating that they are not allowed to view the information. The issue arises because they lack the Teams Owner role within the team.

Solution
To address this issue, tenant administrators should follow these steps:
- Contact a colleague with a Team Owner role:
- Tenant administrators should reach out to a colleague who already holds the Teams Owner role within the team.
- Colleagues with this role can assist by granting the Teams Owner role to the tenant administrator.
- Colleague’s steps to edit roles:
- To update the role of an existing Team Member, search for the member in the Members list.
- Select the three-dot menu option on the right-hand side and click on the Assign Role option.
- Pick the new role that should be assigned (Team Owner) to the Team Member and click Assign.
- Contact Support (If needed):
- If none of the above steps apply or if there are additional issues contacting the Team Owner, tenant administrators should contact Auth0 support.
- Support can assist further in resolving any account-specific issues related to role permissions.
