Test Email works for Email Provider but not Email Template


I have successfully configured SES as the email provider for my tenant. The test email works

However, when I attempt to send a test welcome email, no mail arrives.

Is anyone familiar with this issue? How can I solve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to the Auth0 Community!

After my investigation, I found that your Welcome Email template was disabled, which is why you were not getting any welcome emails in your inbox.

In this situation, I recommend enabling the welcome email template found on your Auth0 Dashboard > Branding > Email Templates > Welcome Email.
