I am using universal login. I have performed a password reset from the screen, but no email has been sent. The screen says “email sent”. I have specified SES as my email provider. The welcome email is sent when the account is created, so there seems to be no problem with SES.
I have tested sending the email from Email Templates and it works correctly.
What am I missing?

I’ve checked logs for your tenant, and it looks like emails are being sent and users reset their passwords properly. Can you check SES Console for more information? Amazon SES console
Thanks for the reply. I have checked and indeed it seems to be restored now. I am wondering if there was some kind of failure on the Auth0 side?
