Reset password email not receiving

Hi,
We are using Amazon SES as an email provider for our application. When the user invokes reset password flow from the client side, emails are not received. Followed the doc from the link below

Calling change_password API from the Node server side and passing all the values as mentioned in the doc, still, I get an error as email or username required. Please help to solve the issue ASAP.

Thank you for posting your question! I assume that you connected Amazon SES properly, can you check that you send the change password ticket properly → Auth0 Management API v2
