I’m using custom email provider (Amazon SES) and able to send other email type (E.g. Welcome email) but for some reason can not send out Change password email.
I have the same problem here. The change password email it is never delivered.

Can you please check and provide the following:
- Do you see any errors thrown in the Auth0 Logs? Please post details here (remove any sensitive information)
- Do you see any errors thrown in your mail provider’s logs?
@prashant I only got this from Auth0 and I don’t see any rejected emails in SES console.

did you fix this? I’m facing the same issue, verification emails are being sent but not the change password all though logs say that it did
I’v seen this problem in many threads but no definitive way to fix this.
