I’m the Team Owner of the following Auth0 tenant:

I can successfully access the tenant’s Getting Started page, but when I click Applications → Applications, I get:
Error! Access Denied
I also tried opening Tenant Settings, but it shows:
Could not load tenant settings. Please try again or contact support if the problem continues.
I can see myself under Team Members with the role Team Owner.
This tenant was previously used for one of my React applications. That application is no longer deployed on Vercel, and I can no longer see the application in the tenant.
I would like to use this tenant again for a new Next.js application, but currently I cannot access or manage Applications.
Could you please check the tenant’s status and explain why a Team Owner is receiving Access Denied for Applications and Tenant Settings?
