Dashboard returning 403 / Access Denied on all actions

Hey,

I am getting an “Error! Access Denied” notification and a 403 error whenever I try to do anything on the client (dashboard). Right now I’m trying to create an application and I can’t.

It was working before and broke recently. The console shows 403 Forbidden errors on these two endpoints specifically:

  • GET https://manage.auth0.com/api/tenants/settings
  • GET https://manage.auth0.com/api/usage/clients

I’m the sole/owner user on this tenant, and it’s happening on every page I go to, not just one specific action.

Some context that might be relevant: this is an account I hadn’t used in a while. I was also using a VPN and tried logging in multiple times with the wrong password before getting in.

Please send us a DM to the @support group with the email address of your Auth0 account and the tenant associated with it(the ones on which you receive the errors) in order to investigate the matter!
