Owner locked out of my own tenant

I use Auth0 to authenticate for a personal app that is not very active. I recently started getting an Access Denied error when I try to authenticate in my app. In the Auth0 dashboard, I get an error stating “Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource” when I try to view APIs and Applications. How can I get this issue resolved? Thank you.
