Hello, I have an Auth0 account as owner to our team’s tenants. I was able to login the first time using the invite, but stopped working after that. Everytime I try to login I get “You dont have permission to view this page. Please use a valid username and password”.
The only observation I have is all other team members are SAML and my account is username/password. Not sure if that can cause issues or how to get this working again. Any help is apperciated!

When you click on the invite URL, you can access the management dashboard, but a role is not automatically assigned with your account.
Given the error message and if you are trying to access the team’s dashboard page, I believe you are receiving this because you might not have the owner role assigned to your account . I would recommend following the steps provided in this article - Troubleshooting Access to Subscription Page in Auth0 Teams for Tenant Administrators.
If this does not solve it, and you are trying to access the Auth0 Management Portal the reason should be that you were not assigned to the tenant/s with roles (e.g., Admin), so I will recommend checking this article - Team Owner Unable to Access Tenant.
