I have an auth0 account. A client sent me an invite to their team team-zdx2tmp. I accepted, and joined, could see the tenant info etc. Then some days later when I go to log in again, it only shows my own account info. No option to “switch team” or anything similar as seen on other Saas services. How can I view the dashboard on team-zdx2tmp? I even tried going to my own team url, and then swapping out “team-zdx2tmp” for my own in the URL, but it says Im not authorized to view that url.

You might not be able to see your team or tenants because you used to log in using email and password, and now use a social connection, such as Google. When you use a different way to log in, even if it is the same email address, they will be treated as two different accounts. Try to log in using your email and password, and check your tenants.
You’ll have to click on the top left corner button with your profile and select either Switch tenant to see all tenants you have access to, or Go To Team to see all tenants within a team.
