Success change password request but email not received

  1. I use smtp.office365.com STMP host for custom email provider.
  2. I can send test email from Custom Email Provider page and can receive test email in my mailbox.
  3. I send change password request from my website (my product)
  4. I found Success Change Password Request Log in Logs menu in Auth0, but client cannot receive Change Password email from Auth0.

Based on the information you provided I would check this answer to a very similar question. Long story short, the email template may be getting disabled and at this time the Dashboard (in the case of the reset password template) does not allow you to directly toggle it back to enabled.

The answer linked above contains an alternative method through which you can ensure the email template is enabled using an API call.
