Subscription Tickets and New Dashboard Role: Elevated Support Access

Overview

Starting on August 5, 2024, the only tenant member role that will have access to Subscription Tickets in the Auth0 Support Center will be those with the new Elevated Support Access role within the RBAC feature in the Auth0 Management Dashboard/Teams Dashboard.

"Subscription Tickets” in the Support Center allows access to view and manage all support tickets created by all users across a tenant. The current “Support Access” role will be deprecated as of August 5, 2024.

Solution

Via Subscription Tickets an user with Elevated Support Access role will be able to see and manage all tickets opened by all users per tenant. User with Elevated Support Access role will be able to access Subscription Tickets by navigating to Auth0 Support Center Tickets page and selecting “Subscription Tickets”.

Please be aware that Tenant Administrators will not automatically inherit the new “Elevated Support Access” role and will need to explicitly add themselves to the role via the Auth0 Management Dashboard to continue to have access to view and manage all support tickets across their tenant(s) via the “Subscription Tickets” feature in Support Center. Tenant Administrators and all tenant members will still have access to the Auth0 Support Center to create and manage their own tickets without the need to add any separate roles.

Additionally, the legacy “Support Access” role is going to be deprecated entirely as of August 5, 2024.
