Solution

To view and manage all support tickets, it is needed to become a member of the support tenant with an elevated support access role.

There are 2 steps to take:

  1. Add tenant members to the support tenant. The support tenant is used to manage (create/view) all support cases.
  2. Add elevated support access role.
