Spam Filter Blocking Verification Emails

I’m using mandrill to send verification emails. We have several customer reports that they aren’t receiving them due to corporate email filtering. In a couple of cases, we’ve been able to get whitelisted, but it’s a real problem for those where we can’t or don’t know. Is there anything that can be done? It appears that mandrill is adding all the appropriate safe sender headers and we have a verified domain in use for years.

Hey there @acabler!

I’m pretty sure I’ve hear about such issue recently. Let me find it out and get back to you with the news soon!

Hey there again!

Terribly sorry for the delay in response but there must have been some glitch in the platform as I haven’t seen that topics in my assigned ones although I have assigned it to myself. Once more sorry for the inconvenience!

Getting back to your issue. Troubleshooting email delivery problems is one of the most complex ones as there are only some general tips and not specific steps. to follow to troubleshoot such issue. And also it’s not that obvious on which side lies the problem Auth0 or the email provider.

I managed to do some research and from the tickets in our internal system as well as from the topics here in the forum:

The main tip is to ensure that SPF, DKIM and DMARC are configured in DNS for all your email domains

Let me know if that was of any help!
