Some users get "Oops!, something went wrong"

Hi,

Some users of my app are complaining on the following error on one or more of their devices, while others devices do work with the same account.

First I thought it was some caching issue, but this has been persisting for some time now. So that’s not likely anymore.

Does anybody has some suggestions on what might be going wrong, and preferably how to resolve this issue?

Could you please provide an error log for this issue?

And if possible, could you have one of your users capture a HAR file of the failed events and then share it with me in a direct message?
