Hello,
All of a sudden some of iOS devices started showing the “Oops something went wrong.” screen, with no further details. There were no recent change in configs or anything that could have been the cause of this. Any idea how to troubleshoot the issue?

We might need some more information on that error, when the error appears there may be a “Technical Details” section at the bottom of the screen that you can expand with further information. Are you able to share what it says there?
