Some users do not receive verification emails nor password reset emails

I have added two new dashboard admin accounts to multiple tenants. Both accounts do not receive any mails. Whether the invitation mail nor the account verification mail nor the password reset mail. We have other mail addresses in our company that work fine.
I checked all spam filters but our mail server does not receive any mails for the newly created accounts (but does for other mail addresses).
It sounds like exactly this issue: Admin does not receive account verification nor reset password mail
