Not sure where else can I post this, but I am trying to login to our account on auth0 for a few months now, but the OTP SMS doesn’t reach my phone although I have been using the same phone number for more than a year. If you could please help me, I would really appreciate it.
Before I can assist you, I need to know if you’re using the default SMS provider or a different one. If you’re unsure, checking the logs in your tenant should provide some insight.
Another option, if you are not using the default SMS provider, is to run a test on the Send Phone Message Action to check for any errors. You can adjust the parameters of the action to ensure it’s working properly.

Thanks for the answer but my issue is that I can’t access my tenant portal as I don’t receive the OTP. Any idea how to solve this issue?
