Even after enabling sms inside the passwordless, I am not able to see login with otp while trying to login.

The passwordless SMS has certain limitations. If your tenant has the New Universal Login enabled, that’s the reason.
This FAQ explains the cause and solution.
If your tenant has Classic universal login enabled, please provide a screenshot of your login and DM me the HAR file. Thanks!
