Cannot login to



I forgot my password and did a reset. After updating the password, it’s asking for a 6 digit phone that will be sent to my phone. No SMS got to my phone. I’ve been trying since on Monday. I got 2 SMS with code hours after I tried on Monday but subsequent retrials never worked.

I don’t know if this is the best place to report this but seems like it’s the option available as support is only available to paid subscribers.


Are you still experiencing issues in receiving the SMS code in a timely manner? This may have been caused by temporary delays associated with a specific telecommunications provider as I was not able to reproduce the situation locally.


I’ve tried and it worked.
