I forgot my password and did a reset. After updating the password, it’s asking for a 6 digit phone that will be sent to my phone. No SMS got to my phone. I’ve been trying since on Monday. I got 2 SMS with code hours after I tried on Monday but subsequent retrials never worked.
I don’t know if this is the best place to report this but seems like it’s the option available as support is only available to paid subscribers.
