"SMS is currently unavailable. Try another method or contact support" message when enrolling MFA method

We’re on a trial plan and get a “SMS is currently unavailable. Try another method or contact support” message, when trying to enroll in mfa with the SMS method. Is this a result of being on the trial plan, or do we need to update some other config?

You should be able to access SMS MFA as you are on the Trial plan. Could you kindly open a support ticket about this? They will be able to further assist you with this issue.
