MFA SMS - Failed to send

I created Trial account to test MFA features because we need working example before committing any plan…

I enabled enable MFA and SMS version…

When i run my App and on Login im redirected to Auth0 login it require to ender phone number on first step…

I select valid State + number and after confirming i get this error:

“SMS is currently unavailable. Try another method or contact support”

Is this standard or only temporary state of your service?

So it seems like we have disabled the free trial of SMS MFA for free tenants. It is possible that this is still visible on the dashboard, which might be confusing so sorry for that. I’ll be following up with appropriate team to get the messaging and notification fixed. Thank you!
