Overview
When navigating to the Login page, the Sign Up button does not appear. This behavior prevents new users from creating an account independently.

Cause
A possible cause for this issue might be the Custom Text Configuration within the Universal Login Branding menu.
Solution
To test this possible root cause, navigate to Dashboard > Branding > Universal Login > Advanced options > Custom Text . Here, select the login in the Prompt drop-bar menu.
The footerLinkText text field should contain a relevant expression for the Sign Up button (e.g., Sign Up/Create an account). If the text field is empty, no button will be shown on the user end.
