Problem statement
I switched to an external email provider, updated the Change Password
email template, and saved the change. I noticed that clicking on the Reset
button does not restore the initial email template. How to get the initial template?
Solution
Our Engineering team is aware of this issue, and we have a backlog item to track it. Unfortunately, the expected delivery timeline is not available yet. As a workaround, we attach the scripts of the initial template in case you want to make customization based on this template.
