How can I change the HTML template that arrives in the email when the password change is requested?

I have tried everything, even changing from the dashboard in this option

But it is not updated when the email is fired, but this template corresponds to something else, please I need help on this, because I have read in many places that it does it this way but it DOES NOT WORK

You have to configure a Custom Email Provider first. Otherwise the customized templates will not take effect. (Have a look at the yellow info-box in your screenshot :wink: )
