I am new to Auth0 and I made the worst mistake.
My app de-synced and lost the Auth0 QR barcode for my account (was not using the Guardian app) and it seems my super secret codes generated when I first logged in didn’t save…so now I am locked out of my account.
How do I re-generate the barcode to re-sync my account? I downloaded the Guardian app so it won’t happen again.
Help please!
If I understood you correctly this is an issue with a dashboard admin account that can’t login due to unable to provide the MFA factor in addition to the initial credentials. In these scenarios, it is possible to reset MFA after having validated the user identity and request for reset. However, that requires something through another support channel so can you confirm that you’re in that situation?
