Need to re-register phone - Auth0 Guardian

Hi, this is all new to me so please bear…
Downloaded the Auth0 Guardian app as I needed to access a site. Initially scanned a QR code & everything worked fine.
Deleted app as it was on my personal phone rather than work one & now I’m unable to access the site. It says it is sending a code to my phone but it looks like I need to re-register the phone by scanning a QR code again. No QR code to be found anywhere.
Any ideas?
