How do I get a new QR code to re-register with a new phone?

Help please. I need a new QR code to register a new phone. It’s telling me on the YouTube tutorial to send a message to support but there is no messaging function available.

Just to clarify, are you trying to register a new phone into your Auth0 Dashboard account or on one of your apps? And also are you using the Auth0 Guardian or are you trying to enroll an authenticator app?

Hi Vlad. Thanks for the response. I’m trying to register a new phone on my Guardian app. It’s asking for a QR code to scan to link to my account. Thanks.

Hi. Onto my auth0 guardian app. I’m met with the “scan an activation code to link your account” message on the app but I don’t know where to access that. The old phone is dead so I need to be able to use the app on a new phone. Thanks.

Go to your Auth0 dashboard > Profile > Multi-Factor Authentication and you should find the option to add a new device using Auth0 Guardian.
