Recently, I encountered an issue where I am unable to log in to the work website. After purchasing a new phone, I cannot register it in the system, as it requires a QR code, which I don’t know where to obtain. I no longer have access to my old phone, where this application was installed.

Could you please assist me with this?

Reading through your message, it sounds like this would require a MFA reset, for which we can submit a Support case on your behalf.
