MFA Reset to login to portal


I had setup two factor authentication to login to the Auth0 portal as is required, but apparently didn’t set an alternative. After switching phones, MS Authenticator doesn’t work for Auth0 (it does for other 2FA). When I reach the step to enter the one-time code, it fails with invalid code. I’ve reached out in private messaging to request a reset (per this article: Account Locked: MFA Resets Requests), but I haven’t heard back from anyone in a couple of weeks. So, I can’t log in to the web portal. Can someone please help?
