Unable to Log In – MFA Reset Request

Hi Support,

I’m trying to log in to my Auth0 account after about 1.5 years, but I’m being prompted for a 6-digit verification code. Unfortunately, I no longer have that code, so I’m unable to complete the login.

Could you please assist with resetting the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) on my account or let me know the steps to regain access?
