Hi team,
I have login issue to auto0.com.
I have link (This is my company organization sign in url.)-
https://manage.auth0.com/dashboard/us/XXXXXX/organizations
When I login ,it required identity code to verify .
But I never have setup OKA verify app or any other authenticator to get one time code.
I really need to access for my work.
Please help .

It looks like you may need an MFA reset. Please send a message to @support asking for help with an MFA reset request.

Thank you for your reply.
I installed Guardian app in my work phone and it required QR code which I am not able to get it. So I guess that the reference for knowledge solution does not work for me.
I just sent @support to help reset MFA on my account.
Really hope that this issue will be resolved soon.
