Redirect To on an Email template does not work

I have a single page application which has a 1 “Allowable Call Back URL” defined.

When put the merge tag of {{ application.callback_domain }} in the Redirect To field on the Change Password email template, the redirect simply does not work, see images attached. Please note, that the very first time I tested the redirect, it did work! Any subsequent try is now not working, which seems very strange to me. I am on the Free tier of Auth0, unsure if this has anything to do with it?

How Auth0 redirects after the user changes their password depends a few factors. Take a look at this doc that runs through the factors, and which param to set to control your user’s flow.
