Auth0 does not put our RTO and RPO into contract documents. These values are what we internally test against and are representative of a typical public cloud deployment. These values may change based on individual customer deployment types and specific configurations of tenants. Regardless, the RTO and RPO of the Auth0 service are designed to meet our Service Level Agreements, which are contractually binding.
