"Possible Newsletter or spam-like email" from Sendgrid

Hi all,

I am using the Auth0 → Branding → Sendgrid email provider, but when my emails arrive, they are marked as “Possible Newsletter or spam-like email” and this prevents images from downloading.

IT IS NOT SPAM!

Can someone offer a suggestions?

Have you set up an email domain whitelabel? via sendgrid emails can often cause a spam filter to trigger.

I would also suggest telling us more about your setup, screenshots of what your seeing, what your emails look like, etc.
