Please tell me the reason why I can use Email MFA with Free plan

I’ve been using Auth0 with Free plan from about 2 year ago.

I think that I can’t use Email MFA, because it is included in “Enterprise MFA”, which is not supported by Free plan.

However, I can use Email MFA as the following.

Please tell me the reason why I can use Email MFA with Free plan.
I’m concerned about that Free plan may impose some limit on Email MFA without my noticing.
