@support I have two tenants that are not letting me do anything, saying that I don’t have permission to view settings, applications, apis, etc. I think this is due to inactivity. Can I have them reactivated? The tenant names are levelbeast and levelbeast-dev.

If you are receiving the " Error! You don’t have permissions to access the resource " message it is a very likely indication that your tenant has indeed been deactivated due to inactivity.
Please send a DM ( Direct Message ) to @support forwarding all the information provided and also confirming the email address of your Auth0 account. The DM creates a private conversation where more sensitive details can safely be shared with us for troubleshooting. If the tenant has not been deleted, we will be able to submit a Support case on your behalf and request it’s reactivation.
